Class

There are many definitions for class. One of them is “showing
elegance of style, taste, or personal behavior.” I do not believe that this sort of class directly follows socioeconomic class. We all know very wealthy people who have absurd style, taste and behavior. Granted, it may be hard for the poor to demonstrate class, but I think class always requires strength of character. Instead of trying to espouse class, our country seems obsessed with materialism and often disregards true class. Imagine how different the world would be if we were all classy.

Tulips

Tulips did not come to the attention of the West until the sixteenth century. They were rapidly introduced into Europe and became popular during Tulip mania. Tulips were often portrayed in Dutch Golden Age paintings, and have become associated with the Netherlands, the major producer. They are very popular throughout the world, both as ornamental garden plants and as cut flowers.
Different tulip colors carry distinct meanings:
Yellow—cheerful thoughts
White—forgiveness
Purple—royalty
Red—perfect love
Yellow—Joy

A tulip bouquet—elegance and grace.

Tulips bring me joy!!

Elegance

It seems that true elegance reveals itself in nature so often. Today I was watching a swan glide effortlessly across the calm water with such gracefulness and beauty. It seemed removed from all of the worries of life we endure; when in fact, it faces far more true dangers. And I have seen these elegant birds fight with extreme resolve when threatened. Still it reminds me that how we handle ourselves confirms everything about our character.
